Wait a second.

Is WisCon really happening in less than two weeks? In *checks calendar* ten days??!

WisCon!!!!!

This year's schedule looks about the same as last year's:

Arrive Thursday night with [info]charmingbillie (Deb Coates) and The Maud.
Probably go to the reading at Room of One's Own.
Drink chocolate martinis.
Writing workshop on Friday morning.
Drink chocolate martinis.
Saturday night Dance Par-Tay/Book Launch with [info]snurri!! Sixth floor par-tay room. (note to self: buy fixings for chocolate martinis).
Sunday morning. Reading at Michaelangelo's coffee shop while hopefully not too hung over. With [info]jennreese[info]rambleflower (Heather Shaw) [info]ansai (Kat Beyer) [info]secritcrush (Chance Morrison).

Eeeek!!!

You going? What're you doing? If you're not going--alas!!!

Probably sometime Thursday evening. Deb's dropping off the pups first, and The Maud gets home from school around 2:30. Takes three hours from here.

Yes, it's rushing toward us! We're getting in mid-afternoon on Friday, leaving, um, I forget when on Monday. We will have a baby in tow! Which means it'll be a different convention experience than usual, but I'm sure it'll still be fun.

Alas, we are not on the Governor's Club level this time. Sigh. No free booze!

Two weeks! I'm getting in Friday afternoon and leaving Sunday evening. The only thing I have scheduled, alas, is a Sunday morning breakfast/brunch or possibly brunch/lunch. I say "alas" not because I wish I had more scheduled, but because I might have to miss your reading. Boo.

(yeah, I figured it was agent or editor, but I recommend you tell her you are a reverse vampire and can't get up before 10 am. Then you can have editor talk and go to our reading!)

Holy crap, 8:30am? I mean, sure, that's 3.5 hours later than I woke up today, but still!

I'll be around Wisconsin all week long, in Madison on Thurs, getting to Concourse Fri. morn. Lots of free time besides paneling, so hopefully some of that time will be spent w/you downing chocolate martinis! :)
